Dear physicians: August is a season of abundant harvest and vibrant vitality. We are celebrating the fourth “Chinese Doctors’ Day.” On this special occasion, on behalf of the hospital’s Board of Directors, I would like to extend our warmest greetings and highest respect to all the physicians in our hospital! With the approval of the State Council, starting from 2018, August 19 has been designated as “Chinese Doctors’ Day” each year. This year’s theme for Doctors’ Day is “Together Building Dreams on the Centennial Anniversary—Physicians Upholding Their Original Aspirations.” Coinciding with the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, we are celebrating our very own holiday. This celebration fully demonstrates the Party and the state’s care, concern, and support for medical personnel, and it highlights the professional honor and charm of those who wear the white coat.
