Completion Environmental Protection Acceptance Self-Inspection and Self-Check Report
One, Basic Information on Dalian Jinshitan Hospital and Overview of the Project Construction
Dalian Jinshitan Hospital is located in a national... Located in the prime area of a 5A-level tourism and vacation resort, this facility was constructed in 2002. It boasts a beautiful natural environment and convenient transportation access. With a total construction area of 38,000 square meters, it offers 500 beds, including 200 VIP and foreign guest beds. As a comprehensive second-level hospital equipped with advanced facilities and offering a full range of medical services—including prevention, diagnosis, rehabilitation, and health care—it is the only large-scale medical institution in the Jinshitan area. The hospital also features a 500-square-meter health check-up center.
In February 2017, Dalian Jinshitan Hospital commissioned Liaoning Fujie Environmental Protection Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. to complete the radiation environmental impact assessment for the PET/CT application project at Dalian Jinshitan Hospital. On May 10, 2017, the project obtained approval from the Liaoning Provincial Department of Environmental Protection through the environmental impact assessment review (Liao Huan Shen Biao [2017] No. 27).
This project is at 2017 Year 5 Start construction in the month, 2017 Year 11 Completion is scheduled for this month. This project is being constructed strictly in accordance with the drawings approved in the environmental impact assessment. , the main project was completed in 20 18 Year 4 The facility is undergoing trial operation, and the corresponding environmental protection and environmental risk prevention facilities and measures have been put into use simultaneously.
Dalian Jinshitan Hospital Construction Set of the The PET/CT scanning room is located in the southeast corner of the first floor of the outpatient building and is affiliated with the Department of Nuclear Medicine. To the east of the scanning room are the control room and the waiting area; to the south is a corridor. Before the renovation, this space served as an X-ray room and an archive room. On the basement level below the PET/CT scanning room are the decay pool and the storage room.
The workspace has an independent work area with clear demarcation lines from surrounding departments, and the layout of the workspace is reasonable.
II. Implementation Status of Environmental Impact Assessment Approvals
1 The hospital has established various radiation protection systems, job-specific work procedures, and emergency response plans for accidents. 。
2 The construction and operation of radiation workplaces—including various functional rooms in the Department of Nuclear Medicine and decay pools—have all been carried out in accordance with environmental impact assessment requirements and meet the necessary protection standards.
3、 The PET/CT workplace is equipped with radiation dose monitoring instruments, radiation... Work Personnel are equipped with personal dosimeters and protective gear; equipment and protective devices undergo regular inspection and maintenance to ensure radiation safety in the workplace. Standardized signage is prominently displayed at radiation work areas. “Caution: Ionizing Radiation” warning sign.
4 The Department of Nuclear Medicine has implemented clear zoning to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the controlled area (high-radioactivity zone) and the supervised area (low-radioactivity zone) at will. No unrelated items are allowed to be stored in these areas, and reasonable entry and exit channels have been established for both patients and medical staff.
5、 Solid waste has been collected in medical waste containers, labeled with the date, and stored in the solid waste storage facility. After ten half-lives have elapsed, it will be disposed of as ordinary waste.
6. The decay pool has been completed according to the requirements of the environmental impact assessment, and its volume is sufficient to accommodate radioactive wastewater storage. 10 half-lives.
III. Future Work Plans:
1. Regularly inspect various pollution prevention and control measures to ensure their effective operation.
2. The hospital is strengthening. Nuclear Medicine Department Manage and maintain the equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition. Promptly submit applications for equipment upgrades and promptly complete the required environmental protection procedures.
3. Strictly enforce environmental protection. The “Three Simultaneities” system ensures that all pollution prevention and control measures are effectively implemented.
